Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care, including wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing interventions.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with clinicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care delivery
- Stay informed about advancements in nursing practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Proven experience in medication administration and patient care is essential.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A caring attitude towards patients with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
