Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status and medical histories.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
  • Provide direct patient care, including wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing interventions.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care delivery
  • Stay informed about advancements in nursing practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Proven experience in medication administration and patient care is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A caring attitude towards patients with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
